Throughout our extensive careers in Human Resources and Information Technology, we have often observed that both functions are about empowering people.   • HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that impact assigned client groups and the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Champion positive work environments by implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity within the organization.
  • Learning & Development: Design and facilitate a full range of proactive training and workshop programs with guidance toolkits to drive a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management process, including goal setting, on-going feedback, and evaluations, to drive individual and team performance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolutions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date on local, state, national, and global labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices within the organization.

As an HRBP and Talent Development Manager for the past 10 years, I’ve established a reputation as an employee advocate committed to executing operational and HR efficiencies. Most important, I raise up leaders.

Maintaining a strong company culture is key to driving organizational vision and overall business success. My goal is to sustain cohesive, positive work environments, whether cultivating productive teams and processes or redesigning business policies to better support ambitious organizational objectives.

I love working in Information Technology because I love being able to problem-solve across an entire organization, bringing together business challenges and innovative technologies, and assembling them into productive, delightful colleague experiences. Few other roles give so many opportunities to learn and grow across so many interesting domains, and be part of a constant cycle of innovation and advancement.

Being in the middle of the action has brought me some incredible experiences, like being part of the infrastructure team that brought us over the finish line to “100% virtualized” at VMware, and presenting our product story in customer briefings; or having the opportunity to do full-stack development of an enterprise CMDB managing 15k+ VMs for 1000+ users as a passion project. I have been a key part of multiple ERP implementations, datacenter migrations, cloud migrations, and vendor audits. Every one was a chance to work with brilliant people, understand new and complex solution ecosystems, and solve problems together.
